B Complex for PMS??
Question: I've read a lot of people say that this helped them - if so, what strengh did you take, and for how long before you recieved the full benefit?

Answers: I can't remember how many milligrams each tablet of the bottle I take is for my B Complex but when I first started out with taking B Complex it was about 3 months before I started to notice an improvement.
I buy mine at The Vitamin Shoppe but you can find it at Wal-Mart and Target.
