What is the relationship between high hemogloben levels and heavy periods??
Question: An answer from a doctor please as this is what I have and haven t a clue what it means!!
Answers: Sorry I am not a Dr. but I am very curious about this one because it certainly seems like it would be exactly the opposite. Heavy periods are usually associated with lower hemoglobin levels.
Periods are different and the levels in no way touch this. You have to take care of your health with right and nice food habits and have clean and hygienic periods. So, haemogobin is the part of blood contents which keeps you healthy and the periods is discharge of unhealthy blood and to keep you in healthy way.
