The Aerobic Exercise

The aerobic exercises include any exercise that is practiced at moderate levels of intensity for extended periods of time, which makes maintaining a heart rate higher. In this type of exercise uses oxygen to “burn” fat and sugar (aerobic literally means “with oxygen “and refers to the use of oxygen in the generation of energy from the muscles), the most common aerobic the walk is one of the least effective and is recommended to eat before doing.
