Jogging is a sport consisting of running off a certain distance at a pace moderately supported. The term jogging has been taken from the English, where it means a slow march stretched on for miles. The term refers jogger practitioners of this activity. Most athletes, including athletes of high level practice as jogging warm. It is a very popular activity, particularly in Germany and the United States. The duration of sessions depends on the jogging jogger drive.
