Concluding contact lens questions! sorry!??
Question: so i think i've decided to switch to contact lenses....so what brands are there and which brands would you guys recommend? I'm sorry if I'm bother all you guys about these contact lenses questions...i really don't know nething so...i'm kinda scared.
Answers: Theres tonnes of brands out there, but I'd recommend acuvue! They are very popular and reliable. But to be honest, different brands suit different people. I'd try them and see how you go with them. Don't be scared, once you get contact lenses you'll see how much easier it is and better than glasses! Hope this helps!
acuvue oaysis is awesome!! you should definately get those unless u have astigmatism. acuvue is the best brand but acuvue oayis is better than acuvue advance, etc. Mainly because you eyes never dry out and they are very comfortable!!!!
There really are a lot of options with contacts, but the best person to ask is your doctor. They will know what is best for your eyes. Yes, Accuvues are very popular, but they may not be the best option for you; I know they are not for me! I would definitely recommend you talk to your doctor.
I find 02 optix the best.... I do contact lens trials at my local university..they have an optometry clinic there and they take volunteers to try different lenses...they don't tell you which ones you've had until after you grade them...last time I had accuvue oasis in one eye and o2 optix in the other...I was actually surprised when I found out the more comfortable one for me was the optix brand.
