Alchol and eye...??
Question: I got a bit of rubbing alchol in the cornor of my eye, I couldn't get my head under the faucet so I used eye drops instead, I used like half a bottle...are eye drops just as good as water?
Answers: yes, they are saline. All you are trying to do is flush the alcohol out and eyedrops are safe for that... definatly.
Only if they were saline drops. Also, you are suppose to flush for 15 minutes. I doubt if half a bottle lasted that long. Visine and the like contain medications that could have a reaction with the alcohol. You couldn't get your head under the kitchen faucet, tub or shower?? It didn't have to be the bathroom faucet.
