Contact lens???
Question: i use disposable contact lenses..... but do i have to take them out every nite... my doc didnt tell me if i could sleep in it....i just want to know...
Answers: there are a few lenses that you can sleep in at night, I know Focus Night and Day is one of them, you can wear these for 30 days. But still doctors recommend taking them out once in a while to let your eyes more oxygen. If you're not wearing this brand and you're not sure if you can wear your contacts at night or not then just take them off at night untill u can ask the doctor about it. Some of the common contacts are different Acuvue lenses which are not supposed to be worn at night.
Disposable contacts were not designed to be slept in. For the better health of your eyes. take them out every night- - and it's a good idea to not wear them one day a week to give your eyes a rest from the contacts
