Under eye bags!!??
Question: I get plently of sleep thanks!! I have always had them- if it was sleep I wouldnt be asking for your advice!!!!!
Answers: this is not a joke, a lot of celebs use it and it does work. Use cream designed for piles (haemmoroids) such as germaloids etc, these work by shrinking the small blood vessels just under the skin and can really work to shrink eye bags too.
Sometimes they can be inherited from your parents, otherwise try some cooling eye gels or cucumbers.

Yes 'Ktloop' has it right haemorrhoid cream is good but not something you should use all the time.
Boxing seconds use a 'cold iron' to smooth them away.
Cucumber out of the fridge is good as well.
try cucumber on your eyes. they say that works
Wet tea bags. Soak them on your eyes for about 20 minutes. The tannin in the tea will help. If it is heredity, that is kind of tough luck unless you seek surgical solutions. O^O
