Im not sure if i have pink eye or a sty??
Question: Im not sure if i have pink eye or a sty. I work up yesterday and my eye was swollen in the corner but not red. The next day i had pain, redness and drainage. In about an hour the redness of my eye went away leaving just the sty under my eyelid. Is it a sty or pink eye???

EIther get an ointment or leave it alone.It should go away within a week.
Keep your eye clean by rinsing in water.
It's a sty. This is what I do.
Boil some water.
Get a tea bag or two.
Let the boiled water cool down, until it's kind of warm.
Get the tea bag, put it in the water for about 3 seconds, take it back out, touch it to see If it's not too hot for your eye and put it over my closed eye. ( MAKE SURE IT'S NOT TOO HOT!) Leave it there for about 30 seconds and repeat.
The tannic acid in the tea seems to help the sty.

theres a sty in your eye . no biggy. just get a ring off your finger and run it acroos the sty and it will pop it. disinfect your ring in alchohol first. then wash your eyes with baby shampoo. you can keep doing that from now on. this what the doctor told me to do, because it doesn't burn.
