Which one is more hazard to having potentials eye damage ? Wearing glasses or wearing contact lens.??
Question: my little brother is planning on getting contact lens,but a asian doctor said it's bad for your eye health.
Answers: Glasses are much safer, unless your brother plays sports like squash, rugby etc then he would be better of wearing soft contact lenses.
Contact lenses will make the eyes cornea less sensitive overtime. Contact lenses can also cause infections.
Clearly someone wasn't paying attention, or their optometrist is a quack (previous answer).
