Is sleeping with your eyes open bad??
Question: my friends say i sleep with my eyes open could this harm me?

your eyes need to rest too. A person's eyes blinks automatically so at least your eye is getting cleaned. Maybe you need to wear a pair of dark blinders to train your eyes to close at night so that you will feel totally rested when you get up the next day.
You are so lucky. Can you teach me? I'd love to do that at work. But anyway, it may only be bad if your eyes dry up. Find out if you do it all the time. If its once and a while you're fine.
The cornea could dry out and that's bad.

No millions of people sleep like that. My Girlfriend has done it since I've known her. So do my daughters, and their 10, and 11, It creeps me out a little but it doesn't seem to do them any harm. So I'd have to say a definite no.

No it's normal. My brother sleeps with his eyes open. It's kind of scary, but it's because he has really large eyes.
It's possible to get surgeory, to improve that.
