My eyes tend to get red??

Question: My eyes tend to get red a lot, as in the white parts of them. Not in pictures but just redness/the opposite of Clear Eyes . I'm on the computer/tv a lot sometimes and is this the cause of it, any known causes? Besides not sleeping?
Answers: yes, u should really not be on the comp or watch tv too much because it makes your eyes drier because you arent blinking enough, Dry eyes can turn red. also, get more sleep, its not healthy to get insufficient sleep, it will def. make your eyes look better.

There are few causes to red eyes. Two common causes are dryness and infection. Dryness can be caused by watching TV too much, on computer for long time, too high heat in your room, and weather. If it causes by weather and the heat, you can use lubricant eye drop which are sold in any pharmacy stores (non precription). If you have been watching tv or on computer too long, you can use computer eye drops by Bausch & Lomb (it's also non precription). It's pretty good. It not only clears your red eyers but also revitalizes your tired eyes. If you lack of sleep, then just go to bed. You don't need any eye drops in this case. If your eye are red and you find some discharge when you wake up, your eyes chances are got infection. In this case, you need to see your eye doctor.
lay off the drugs, maybe??!
that makes your eyes really red, my bro does that alot.
first of all..Do u wear glasses? That could be 1 of the problems..if you do wear them, u probably just have tired eyes, and yes, sleep would b highly recommended, if there is some mucas, (puss), in your tear ducts, it could be an infection, but basically sounds like an allergy problem-u can make an apt. with your Physician, and he will refer u to an eye, ears and nose Specialist, then have some allergy tests done. Hope this helps!
