Is it Okay For a 15 Year Old To Have Constant....??
Question: anger, thoughts of violence, and killing. just out of plain anger, anything can set me off, but i dont show it. ive had a really F*cked up childhood (whitnessing some deaths, and three family deaths). could that be the reason? i also have a desease that causes depression and anger waves, and constant jelousy + my temper i inherited.
how can i deal with this anger w/o anyone getting hurt, and with out revealing the desease i have to others (because its private). im also a pretty peacefull person, but lately i have just had nothing but anger toward other teenagers, confusion and violent thoughts. and basically i just want to let it out.
am i crazy?
Answers: it sounds like you want to do something about it witch is a good thing. im not a doctor or anything but i do get angry and depressed alot too. what i would suggest is to just relax and take deep breaths. try meditating daily. i know it sounds gay but try putting soft soothing music on. dont let anything get to you its not worth hurting someone or ruining your life by going to jail.talk to someone a close friend or girlfriend.goodluck.
No I don't think that you're crazy I think that you have a lot of anger issues and a lot of pent up rage. And that you need help to get it resolved. You need to talk to your parents or the school counselor to find the help that you need. It is possible to get help that you need but you have to ask for help.
childhood traumatic experiences write on the blank tablet of our life. They influence who we are forever. It is how we choose to respond to out life history that can change our lives for the better. Continuing to live with hurt and anger from the past only seems self destruction for our future. You sound like a great person with a REAL need for help. Please seek out a school counselor, doctor, pastor, or preferable a psycological professional who deals in these issues everyday and knows how to get to the root of the problem to HELP YOU BE The person you WANT AND NEED to be......good luck hope this helps.
Wow..
I can't believe it
I have these moments of bloodlust when I just feel like killing people.. hurting..
Seeing blood and pain
Stabbing them to the death
Just pure gore
It's okay, I mean it happens to me
So hmmm.
No it is not ok. I think that it is good that you recognize that something is wrong. If I were you I would go to a teacher or guidance counselor and let them know how you are feeling. Maybe they can help.
You aren't crazy, I am shrouded with that 90% of my day.
bad memories. just try to forget about them and think of the happy things in life. thats all that matters, if that doesnt work try to see a doctor
good luck!
I'm so glad you decided to post here. I understand that it must be difficult to reach out, because of the private nature of your disease, but I'm going to say thank you, and I am truly glad you did.
It seems like your thoughts have been troublesome to you lately, and that you recognize they may not be the healthiest of thoughts. I have a couple suggestions for you.
1) If you ever feel like you are on the verge of acting on any of your violent, angry feelings, please contact a help phone in your area. You can find these listings online, just do a google search for crisis phone (your city) . Help phones are completely confidential, and staffed by volunteers with lots of training to help refer you to someone else who is qualified to help you, and just be there to listen to you and help to decide what course of action you might take. There are people willing to listen to you, even if it is just to listen to the silence of your breathing on the other end of the phone, they are there for you.
2) I think it might be helpful for you to talk to an adult that you trust. This could be a teacher, school counsellor, a friend's parents, anyone that YOU feel comfortable with. You don't have to tell them you have the disease, but it may be good to tell them about the feelings you've been having lately.
No, I don't think you're crazy at all, you are just having some difficulties with your emotions- it happens to all of us at some point. The important thing here is how we deal and cope with the most challenging ones.
Good luck to you, be well.
I know that u r not crazy. U said that u have a disorder that sparks the reaction of those intense emotions. I think that it could possibly be serious, so u should consult with a doctor to get their point of view because they went to college for that type of thing. I also think that u should get with an adult to talk the situation over, but I definitely think that going to the doctor is the best ultimatum.
