Question on DEPERSONALIZATION??

Question: My husband and I have fought for most of our marriage. I am always non confrontational so I keep the pain and anger inside. I recently separated from him for over a month and stayed with my family, who live in a diff. city. I had the best time there then I had in a long time. When I came back we fought again. We had made up and were just watching T.V. when out of nowhere my depersonalization took a choke hold on me. I was so scared and panicky I vomited. It hasn't eased up in over a week. Is it normal to get this feeling completely out of left field?
I always feel unattractive and depressed, could low self-esteem have contributed as well? I haven't eaten in almost the entire week, why is it when I try to I feel it even worse?!? I have had this before but don't remember how I got over it. I'm tired of feeling like someone else is controlling my body while I just watch this foreign body exist. Any advice would help!!

---I have heard fish oil & B6 vitamins can help. Anyone tried this?
Answers: Sounds like your husband may be the problem...you were so happy when you had left him for a month. Maybe you should leave him for good.
Vitamins won't fix the suffocating feelings you feel when you are with your husband.

Seek help to sort out your feelings.

Maybe your husband is trying to poison you.

I swear I think my ex tried to do that kind of crap to me, so I wouldn't get the house.

Anyhow, I know what your going through, I get depersonalization when I'm feeling panicy and under a long period of stress. I feel that things arn't real.
