Addicted to sleep??
Question: I seem to be tired all the time. It doesn't matter how much I sleep I always wake up so tired. I wake up in the morning just to look forward to going back to bed again at night. I know that wanting to sleep all the time is a sign of depression, but I don't think I'm depressed at all. When I'm awake I'm happy and I love my life, I'm just tired. Could it be a health issue? I eat healthy and work out on a regular basis and that doesn't seem to help at all. I regulate my sleep times (going to bed at a spacific time and waking up around the same time every day) I force my self to only sleep 8-9 hours but given the chance I can sleep for 13 or 14 hours. What could cause this need for sleep????
Answers: i'd go see a doctor just in case. maybe you have mono.
