If i am out on the town and for some reason someone has a go at me i have blind rage.??
Question: I seem to not be in control of myself when i have a few people shouting at me and will resort to violence to get me ot of it. Can i do something that will not put me in this position? I love going out and having fun so staying in is not an option.
Answers: Just ignore them its there attitude or they are blind drunk and talking ga ga.Rubbish) in other words just walk away from them or if they come towards you just dont bother to reply just go on walking a pretend you cant see or hear them.
some one just needs to kick urass real good then ull stop thatshit good luck ill be here all week be sure to tip ur waitress
Just try to keep calm, try to find out why these people are shouting at you, if all else fails walk away. Easier said than done, but its the best way to try!
are you drinking when you get in a blind rage? alcohol never helps.
Treat this as a very serious issue.
I suggest some kind of avoidance behaviour, as and when the time comes e.g.
go away OR count to 10
Long term, you may be able to talk a bit about anger management with some friend who has the same problem.
hypnootherapy maybe or anger management or psychiatric or psychologist or a behaviour therapist, all refered to by GP
Learn meditation.
Anger managment, walk away before it gets out of hand, DON'T DRINK when you're out (if you do) ask your mates to drag you away when you get angry, or walk away from you if you won't listen.
Try a psychiatrist or psychologist. It is the best thing that I can think of for you.
