Whats your diagnosis??

Question: I am not sure what to call it depression, anxiety, or just normal. I am in my later 20's I have a good job, a great GF, and getting ready for my first home hopefully within a few months. I always feel like I am not accomplishing enough, making enough, doing enough, and compairing myself to others. I have some great idea's inventions or pipe dreams I almost never follow though with them because I am always seeking aproval or I think I will get laughed at by those close to me. I have always been the guy that people joke around with and when I want to be taken serious it always turns into a joke.
I have had a panic attack in the past (two years ago) but I've also had moments of displacement like at a meeting I think the boss is being direct towards me but I know it is towards the group. Is this normal and should I just suck it up, or is it something else?
Answers: We are in the SAME boat ! I think we are referred to as people pleasers.
See pages 2, 6, 38, and 8, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris and practise daily, one of the relaxation techniques on pages 2, 11, 2c, or 2i.

Nobody can diagnose any mental condition on the internet.

Go to a psychologist or some other licensed mental health professional, and get a second opinion afterwards.
I suffer with Anixety/Depression also so were in the same boat also...your not alone...
I'd suggest going to a psychologist to see what their professional opinion is. Personally I don't think you have a big problem.
I know a guy who is fascinated by an invention and he has aspergers.
