Means you have had no mood disorders in the past
it mean's that u had a disorder in the past. or maybe ur mind fuckup on you at time's and your mood changes because u might be tired of the enviorment u are around.
Generally a depression related mood disorder
It means that you are being diagnosed with a disorder of sorts, a disorder that is not of the pratical realm, it is not defined nor explained by any group of sympotoms out of any one catagory, it may be made up of several symptoms or characteristics of several catagories. In the most simplistic of terms, your diagnosis is not a typical one that can be defined by an illness or textbook case.

Could it mean that they've ruled out all the other stuff, and so can't quite determine what the exact problem is? And so perhaps they know that it is a mood disorder of some type, but it's more or less generalized and not specific yet.
