How to get very riped abs and arms??
Question: I need to look good for summer, so im looking for some exercises that are fast and effective
Answers: Anything fast isn't going to be good for you, and isn't going to last. Like steroids, eating disorders, etc.
For arm size, concentrate on the triceps...lots of heavy bench pressing. Add heavy curls for biceps.
For abs, crunches, hanging leg raises, etc. etc.
Work the muscles out whenever they aren't sore from the last workout. Get proper rest (8 hours a night) and drink plenty of water. Keep your workouts short and intense.
You'll look ripped if you have low bodyfat, so cut down on junkfoods and add aerobic exercises. This will help the muscles actually show.
Well drink a lot of water of course. But also diet should be decent with more fruit and vegetables eaten and less heavy carbs, and lean meat. You don't have to be strict, but less junk food and more fruit/veggies. It's good to have an apple or small good snack every three hours, because it keeps the metabolism primed, but not overdoing it. Then have a routine or what you should do is workouts for you arms with curls, dumbell presses,etc. But for the abs. With the diet, you should have a routine to go along with all this is jog or bike perhaps 5 miles everyday. With this combination, you should start losing body fat or the percentage to go down. Once you get to 11 or 10% body fat you will start seein sobe resemblance of abs. Then you do many crunches. You se just doing crunches won't do much becuase we have abs. but it is the layer of fat over them that makes them hidden. You get rid of the layer, and then do the crunches, which the crunches will the bring out the abdomincal definition and bring out the abs. So then, you will have abs.
