Question: Hi i'm Rory im turning 17 and i am losing weight because im training. i want to know how to keep a big back because i still want to look big and have six pack how can i work on back or have a muscle looking back any comment will be appreciated THANX <

Shoulder Shrugs. Take two dumbells or a bar and put your feet at shoulder width apart. Now move your shoulders up and down.
Go to bodybuilding.com and look up some back workouts. That is a really good site for workout advice and for supplements.
