Breast implants and breast enlargments??
Question: do they have the same thing for testicals for a dude.
Answers: I would say you have big ones to ask this question!
i dunno
Yes it's out there and while you are having them enlarged, how about getting them shot up with botox
There are testicular implants. They are mainly used when a man has had a testical removed due to injury or testicular cancer.
Silicone and saline testicle implants are available. The silicone implants are safe and feel very natural but are slightly firmer than a normal testicle. The saline implants are supposedly softer but are more expensive.

Saline-filled testicular implants are available from Coloplast for males of all ages who have lost or will lose a testicle.

If one or both of your testicles are absent due to a medical condition or surgical removal, a testicular implant can help restore the normal appearance of the scrotum, improving your quality of life and confidence, and helping you feel better.
