Whats th max amount of protein an adult male can digest in 1 hour??


Question: Im trying to build up my body, i want to make myself look thicker, and I heard a rumor that you can only in take 30 grams of Protein per meal. Other people have told me thats not true.
If im looking to bulk up ASAP how much protein do i need to get each meal?
Answers: 50 grams is what the body can safely digest at one time. On average, you can consume that every 3 hours. Find out how many calories you burn a day, and that will get you closer in finding out how many you need to bulk up. Good luck to you, and keep lifting weights.
