How to make muscles and loase weight??


Question: Hi all, I am almost 16 am 5'10 and weigh 210. I really hate all this wate so i am starting the tuma diet were all you eat is tuna. I heard its good for you and you lose weight fast which im really looking foward to. But now when i goto school i feel like the only fat and non buff one. So i want to know any exercise things i can do that will let me lose weght even faster with my diet and ainly also let me get buff. Now im not going for any 4 packs here. Just nice muscles and a tone body. Please help me. I have over 2 hours of free time when i get up in the morning. Im looking to get slimmed down and toned my May. Thnx for any info
Answers: alot of cardio, jogging/running/walking - cycling, things that keep your heart rate up for long periods at a time, stick to your diet, discipline is the key, and resistance training, low weight - but a good ammount of reps and sets, keep at it good luck , go for a jog every morning for as long as you can, if you want to shed the weight by may, sit ups, stomach crunches, protein after and before you work out, it all helps and stuff u can do without stepping into a gym, also cycling for 2 hours in the morning would be good aswell

find a good GYM with some good coaches who will make a good diet program for u.. and u will have what u want
start exercise........
