Lose weight and get tone??


Question: Hi all, I am almost 16 am 5'10 and weigh 210. I really hate all this wate so i am starting the tuma diet were all you eat is tuna. I heard its good for you and you lose weight fast which im really looking foward to. But now when i goto school i feel like the only fat and non buff one. So i want to know any exercise things i can do that will let me lose weght even faster with my diet and ainly also let me get buff. Now im not going for any 4 packs here. Just nice muscles and a tone body. Please help me. I have over 2 hours of free time when i get up in the morning. Im looking to get slimmed down and toned my May.
I just want to know if the diet im doing is good. im eating no carbs

i want to know a good workout i can do everyday that wll help me lose wieght and get tone. I mean i cant do pushups or pullups ....(yet).... so gimme a in depth workout and what i should do.
Answers: What is best for you is run 30 min a day and also can lift weights(5 sets of 20) this site will give you details on what to do. I started lifting up weights and my arms and legs are starting to get toned. Good thing is that they teach you workout routines to do at home. Good Luck.
