thnx guys x
Answers: If you want something natural, that you may use for him then Tea Tree oil. There are only TWO (2) essential oils that it is safe to apply directly to the skin, Lavender & Tea Tree. However, be aware that Tea Tree will annoy your virginal mucus membrane, so I suggest you keep off the sex for a few days.
For you, a mild douche solution of Lavender & Myrrh (mixed 1 drop of each to at least 20 of olive or Nut oil) may help, but with LOTS of live yoghurt.

Thrush/Candida is common after a course of antibiotics, as the medicine has just killed off all the nice bacteria (in your guts & round your bum) that keep you healthy (as well as the nasty ones making you ill). Once these bacteria are gone, the Candida yeast can grow & get a hold (hence 'Wipe from front to back' girls!). So plenty of 'pro-biotics' & live yogurt will help as they will supply LACTOBACILLUS bacteria, which are 'good' bacteria. These should counteract the Candida yeast.
Remember that yeast feed on sugar - so avoid sugar & sugary foods. Eat well & you should soon be rid of this, but 3 to 6 months may be needed before it's all gone!
canesten over the counter cream , 3 times a day for a bout a week or more, my hubby never gets any symptoms ever , but he has to have it weve been together 18 years and he has never had a symptom whereas i have had a ton of attacks so he must have had it so i do always just get him the cream...just go to your local pharmacy and the cream you use get him..
Thrush is in the mouth so and does not itch so I am not sure what you mean. If you meant a vaginal yeast infection and not yeast of the mouth then yes he probably has it with no symptoms. Take him to urgent care tonight after work or to a doc on his lunch break. Also be sure you are eating plenty of yogurt with live active cultures or taking acidophillus capsules daily to help prevent a yeast infection. Also if you did mean a vaginal yeast infection tell him POINT BLANK NO MORE SEX TILL HE SEES A DOCTOR.
you shopuld really treat both of you. go to gp and get something a little stronger and ask him if you can have a cream that will benefit both.
It's sort of badminton between the two of you. while you are taking treatment, shuttle stays with your husband. As he remains asymptomatic or just feels slight discomfort, he doesn't know it. When your course of treatment is over, shuttle (Thrush) is tossed back to you! Whatever treatment (oral or local application form) you are taking should ideally be prescribed for both of you.
Men can have thrush and be asymptomatic. Ask the pharmacist. Canesten is good.
Canesten.

Get him to buy Canesten cream from the chemist.
It is what the doc would prescribe anyway.
That's why it keeps coming back...he needs to treat himself.

Men often don't have symptom for a while, but he Will eventually get sore.,
