What in the world do I eat after I workout? I run then lift, then sit in sauna then swim. do i lose mass.??


Question: running - do i lose mass
after i workout i sit in the sauna and back...am i losing more mass.

then i dont know what to eat...eating cookie crisp isnt going to get me muscular...i am sick of not looking like i lift weights and want a better body...i have always had that soft look to my body..and steroids i guess is the only way to go...what do i do..take winstrol or what?
Answers: Milk is probably the best
skimmed or semi skimmed
contains calcium for bones
protein for growth
carbohydrate for replenishing store.
recently shown to retain 4 times more fluid in rehydrating than energy drinks.

DO NOT take steroids
damage liver
