How to get a six pack in 6 weeks??

I don't want massive muscles looking like this but I wan't ones to show off but don't stand out, also I don't want my nipples to stick out like that.

I had a six pack was really rippled then started drinking six packs and now well hell its all gone but a comfort is i'm happy and dont need to be a rippled god for my partner
at your local shop lol. sorry you would be better going to your local gym and asking an instructor the best and safest way to get a six pack.good luck

muscly men are horrible
First of all start with basic cardio excercises followed by all over weight training. DO NOT use heavy weights like most male first timers are predisposed to do. Use light to medium weights, 3 or 4 sets of 12 to 15 each for your arms, chest, etc. and ab crunches. Remember to differ your ab crunches to reach the 10 major muscles of your stomach including the obliques (the sides). Once you are used to this, up the cardio. You can have the best muscles in the world, but will never show them if a layer of fat is over them.
go to ur local gym and see if they do a free tyrial and if they do ask them how to bulk up the best way.
Lots of cardio will tone the muscles, and oviously lots of crunches. 3 sets of 100 a day will do the trick. To get the sort of big abs in that picture, you need to do crunches with a weight on your chest. This will add muscle mass.
you'll have some trouble getting a six pack in 6 weeks it took we a year of working my abs and all I got is a 4pack so good luck suggestion slim in 6 program
