How can i make muscle body??


Question: i have 177cm height and 55 kg weight that mean i am slim and i dont have nice looking body, what should i do to be nice looking and have muscle i wanna my body nice for clothes
Answers: Building muscle is achieved through resistance exercises (isometrics) and weight lifting; primarily. Also doing push up and pull ups will aid in developing the arms and chest.

When lifting you need to decide if you want lean muscles that will tone your body or muscle mass or bulking up.
Toning and lean muscles...4 sets of 8-10 reps with lighter weights.
Bulk or muscle mass...2-3 sets of 6-8 reps of heavy weights. Not knowing your exact physical condition I can't suggest a weight level to begin with. Just don't try to lift too much to quickly. You could tear something or get discouraged and stop.

Just keep a positive attitude and remember your goal.

First, start by building the inner body. This can be done through stretching, leg lifts, push ups, deep knee bends, leg thrusts and push ups. Build up cardiovascular by running in place. When you can run in place for 20 minutes, you'll be ready to lift weights. The exercises do 15-10-5 sets of each exercise three times per day.
