Self conscious??

Question: im very self conscious about my size. whenever i go out im always looking at people's height and size . im 16 and im around 5'6 and 130ibs but im very thin and scronny. my wrists look fragile and my legs are too short. my girlfriend thinks im a small guy (which i am) but its hard to change it because her dad is a 6'5 monster and i cant really compete with that.

basically my question is how do i stop being so self conscious (ps i think some of my question was just to get some stuff of my chest)
Answers: Steve good for you man! First massive step is talking about it. The answer is,... You're the only one who can be you! If you're not you,... the world loses because you are the right person in the right place at the right time. Just be you man,... the planet needs you.
My boyfriend is 20 and 5'6 and weighs less than you and he is damn hot! :) Aw, your girl shouldn't be telling you you're small, she's not helping at all! And yea, 6'5 IS a monster lol, YOU are the normal one! Maybe you just need to get a nicer, smaller girlfriend that makes you feel bigger and better about yourself ;)

umm.. you can work out. but i dont thin you are too terribly thin and scrawny compared to some of the guys i know.
skinny guys are hott! go with that! besides, you have a girlfriend and she probably thinks you are fine, albeit small
Not a lot you can do about your physical size, that is all genetic, you may grow some more by the time you are 18 but probably not much. You can improve your body appearance though. Start exercising, begin with running every day, a mile a day for a week, next week go two, on up to averaging 5 miles a day. That will really build up your leg muscles and help tone the rest of your body. Then you can start doing some other exercises for your upper body, to bulk it up and get rid of that frail look. I knew a couple of guys-- one was athletic but average size, the other was really bulked up as a weight lifter. I would have sworn the buff guy was much taller until one day they happened to be standing side by side-- the bigger arms and legs and wide shoulders made the bigger guy appear much taller than he was, or at least made you see his overall size rather than just his height.
Oh, and exercise really helps give you a mental boost or feeling of self confidence and well being, better than any drug!
