Question concerning Facial Development??

Question: My face has pretty much been the same size since 4th grade. I am now 18. However, when i turned 14 my face was at its biggest, most fullest form. My nose was bigger, my cheeks were fuller. (looking at pictures from 8th grade graduation.) Immediately following that i went to military camp and by the end of it it was really thin. I was about 6 feet and 130-135 pounds during this time. I am now 6 feet and 160, yet my face looks really small in comparison to the rest of my body?
Are there any diseases that could have affect on the face/cartilage development? Assume everything, even accurate explanations that fit even the rarest of problems will do.
Answers: My cousin Ryan has that same problem. His is called facial dwarfism because his mom drank while he was in the womb.
