You said you're in school, so don't worry - I'm pretty sure everyone goes through a stage where they are trying to decide whether they are straight or gay. You may just be going through an experimental stage where you are exploring different areas of sexuality.

Listen your a teen, so you most likely in the age area of 13 to 18, and that type of feelings are normal and 100% of ever human person on earth go through a stage of questioning, i did, and, what that does and does not mean, will it means that your not gay or bi, or anything, your just exploring, and by the way, at that stage of puberty anything sexual can get you aroused, its just the hormones in your body, and about the penis thing, will at that age most boys are worried if they measure up, and thinking about it is sexual and you may find yourself fantasying about other boys size and stuff, and thats normal, because at those ages, you have an image of a perfect male body, and usually somebody has that body and you idealize them for it, but you will grow out of it, and only then will you be able to determine your true feelings, so dont get to conclusions, its to early grow up, and then do whats right in your heart.

Dude, people are too hung up on gay or straight and forget there is a middle to everything. Sounds like if you are getting off on looking at guys, but also thinking about girls you are simply bisexual, and would enjoy sex with either guys or girls. No big deal, there are a whole lot more bisexuals than gays out there, many many who have bisexual fun with guys and go ahead and get married to the woman they love, and maybe even continue to have some bisexual action after marriage, often with the spouse's consent. Bisexuality is probably the best of both worlds!
