Best diet and supplements for prostate health??

Question: I am 30 years old male. I am diagnosed with prostate infection for the second time in six months. was prescribed antibiotics for a week. Is there any diet or supplements I can take so that prostatitis does not affect me next time. There also a lot of confusion like Saw Palmetto does not work and Beta Sitosterol does not work. Looking for your advices please.
Answers: The enzyme or antioxidant lycopene is very good for prostate health and you find it in tomatoes, especially cooked tomatoes.

A zinc supplement every day would also help.

Seems strange that Saw Palmetto is not helping.
If you want to email me I will give you a nutritional supplement link that has helped others with prostate issues. Will not advertise here.

Sounds like you needed to have this little talk with your urologist. I would suggest a diet of wanking. Yes, that's right, keep up the flow of your stuff. I'm sure you don't believe me, but, just ask your doctor. He'll agree with me.
Herbal supplements do not have immediate effects. Saw Palmetto and Pumpkin Seeds work slowly, so must be taken on long term.
