How long do i hang on monkey bars to grow tall??


Question: I'm 16, almost 17, and i'm 5'4 and i've heard that you can hang on the monkey bars to grow taller. But how long and how many reps each day should i hang on the bars? Cus i've been hanging for 3 months and haven't seen much results...maybe i need more time?
I also stretch my arms in the areas around my shoulder and side-of-the-body region, will that help my growth?
Answers: Hang until you GROW UP!
I've also heard rumors that if obese people sleep with cement blocks on their stomachs they'll get skinny!
Just do the best with what you'll get - and that's good advise!
You need to hang for more then 50% of the amount of time you are awake for a day.

So if you are awake for 16 hours you need to hang for a minimum of 8 hours/day, you need to do this for atleast 1 month to see results.

Hang while sleeping. Don't leave the bars for at least a month. If you must, duct tape your hands to the bars, and have people pull on your feet occasionally. Get people to feed you, because you don't want to remove your hands from the bars.

24 hours a day for one month. Don't forget.
