Answers: TRY RUBBING VICKSVAPORRUB ON THE BOTTOM OF BOTH FEET AND COVER WITH SOCKS.

SERIOUSLY....
i suggest if you have have a lemon and some honey make tea. boil some water, slice your lemon, add honey. let simmer for 10-15 minutes. and then drink. voila!!!
ohhh, ginger root works excellent too.
i hope you get better
I used to suffer from this quite a bit. My doctor told me to gargle with Aspirin.

Aspirin dissolves in water. Everything else you do only masks the inflamation. But gargling with Aspirin actually gets medication to the inflamation. You'll have to gargle several times over the course of the day, but within 24 hours you'll be over it.
Aspirin helps relieve all types of aches including scratchy throats. I like Ludens Cherry cough drops myself. Gargling with lukewarm salt water is good.
i usually just eat a tablespoon of honey, it soothes the throat. dose up on vit c too if u can!
Squeezed lemon juice over diced paw paw is really good. But I would definitely recommend gargling 1 and a half teaspoon of salt in a cup of warm water (make sure you gargle all the water till it's gone). Do this every half hour - germs hate salt!
Good luck, it's awful having a sore throat let alone your children as well! :(
The person who suggested a saline gargle is correct.
warm lemonade is great to soothe you and helps you sleep too

gargle with the warmest salt water you can use about 6 oz. glass every time it starts hurting 1-1/2 tsp.salt but for the wee one use delsum it works great
Gargle with warm salt water every couple of hours
if you are between 5-15 years old,it is beter for you to take antibiotics because your are in high risk age for reumatic fever, also if you want to treat yourself sooner.
Gargle with luke warm water. Drink a little luke warm water.

Luke warm water means
warter that is warm but is not hot and its temperature is cold enough where as you will not get hurt even slightest.
I've heard that tea with honey is a temporary, soothing fix. You might need to see a doctor in the morning though to get something that will help more. Best Wishes!
