Does taking a daily calcium (food-based) really make a difference??

Question: - I was recently diagnosed with mild scoliosis and have lower back pain. Exercise and the chiropractor have eased my pain, but I wonder if Calcium supplements will make any difference in the long run?
Answers: No..it will not. Most people with bone density problem (nothing to do with scoliosis) have problem absorbing calcium..not shortage of calcium. All your body will do with excess calcium is to deposite it somewhere else.

Thare are some corrective procedures now availalble for milder curves. Corrective procedures like Spinecor. It used to be that braces were only prescribed when the curve is moderate because it was so hard on wearers. With Spinecor, it can be used earlier on and achieve good correction...
