Question: treatment and diagnosis is what i am looking for. i have a family member who is struggling with chronic stomach pain from a stomach wrap surgery gone wrong. he's gone as far as the mayo clinic and no doctor in the US will touch it. he's already had his gallbaldder removed (it was suspected that is what was causing the pain) and has a lot of scar tissue (the reasoning behind a lot of doctors refusing to operate on him anymore). we've started to look to other countries now for his treatment. please tell me which country has the best healthcare in terms of diagnosis and treatment. thank you so much!
