Mixing tablets??

Question: i have been taking ibuprofen and diclofenic on the advic of a dentist and now starting to feel really poorly headaches nauseous vomitting i have since found u are not supposed to take together have i unknowlingly od??
Answers: The thing with Diclofenic and Ibuprofen, is that they both do the same job, although Diclofenic is a lot stronger. They are both anti inflamatories.

It is suggested that you either take diclofenic OR ibuprofen, however, if you're still experiencing pain, try taking some paracetamol inbetween doses, but making sure you don't exceed the maximum daily dose.

Also, at first opportunity tomorrow, pop in and see your local pharmacist. They will be able to advice you better on dosage.
Alternatively, if you're a UK resident, try ringing NHS direct. It may take a while and it causes a bit of waiting around to have someone call you back, but it might be worth it, just to speak to a professional about your medication.

I hope you feel better soon.
