Rolling backpack...help & scoliosis??

Question: oke im in high skool,
and my parents make me use this rolling backpack becuz i have a minor scoliosis curve
its not reli a rolling bookbag, i have this regular bookbag and i put a rolling thing on it...
so when im in school i just take the rolling thing off and just carry it on my back but i only carry little things in there and hold books and binders in my arms
i kno this is bad for my back and the scoliosis mite get worse
but i dont want to roll it but it's just so hard to cope with the other students teasing and kicking it
and the halls are crowded
and i kno that in like 4 yrs ill prolly nvr see those students again but its just soo hard to be normal
wat shuld i do?
Answers: carrying books in your arms won't make the scoliosis worse..
rolling bookback probably will lol...when you pull the rolling back on one side, you are using rotators of one side more than the other. That's probably the most significant muscle when it comes to scoliosis and you do not want to work out those muscles lobsided..

What you need to do is get an ergonomic backpack that can distribute weights evenly...most make you strap on the wasite..but there's a backpack called airpack which allows you to wear it without the waist strap. Just make sure to wear it on both shoulders..

another rule is to not go over 15% of your body weight with your back pack..good luck..

ps...if you have a mild to moderate curve, it can be treated nonsurgically...check out http://www.myscoliosis.net
umm ok even though your holding the heavy stuff your back will get worse and some rolling backpacks can be cute..just like wear it sometimes and roll it sometimes and remember to walk with a straight back that what the scroliosis wont be too bad
