How can you understand that you have cancer without medical diagnosis??

Answers: You can't.
What? Until you are diagnosed by a doctor......don't project about what you MIGHT have.
I don't really understand this question, but you need a medical diagnosis to be sure something is in fact cancer. They can do density tests on tissues, biopsies, scans etc to determine tumor presence and whether it is benign or malignant. Problem with cancer is often there is initially no pain associated with it. By the time you start to show symptoms of many types of cancer, it is already past stage 1. If you are concerned, get yourself checked. It could save your life.
Can you post additional details? I ask because hypothetically a person may think he's going to develop lung cancer if he doesn't stop smoking, and if he sets a date for quitting completely but just cannot quit, he may think that life or the universe will punish him in a way directly related to the unfulfilled bargain.

Please post more when you can.
some people get wierd moles that turn colors and weep
You can't be positive you have cancer without a medical diagnosis. There are other diseases and conditions that mimic cancer. You can have a strong suspicion, but you can't know for sure.
I am with the other person........you can't. If you think you may be ill go to the Doctor for a check up. If he thinks that there is something wrong he will order the proper test or send you to a oncologist. Please don't try and diagnose your self.

you cant,,, go to the doctor if you think you do. my mother didnt and she died. Early detection is the best option.
A medical diagnosis is the only way to find out.
