Are there genuine ways of improving Prostate problems without the Operation??

Answers: I had the choice of the operation or having radiation therapy. I had the procedure called cooled radiation therapy, right in my doctor's office. My urine flow has improved, can still have erections and life is good! I had it done about 4-5 years ago. No hospital stay either. Check with your urologist about it.
It has been proven that Pumpkin seeds help with prostate problems, but it is best to have 'the op'. Cos the prostate will contine to enlarge and could cause you to go into 'retention of urine' (be unable to pass urine)
If you have cancer? No. I've honestly heard that a healthy sex life improves prostate health. You may want to talk to your signifigant other about it, or invest in some quality alone time. At the very least, it can't hurt, right?
No such way
If you have cancer, I would think you would want to get the radioactive seeds or possible surgery. If you have swollen prostate you might try Saw Palmetto capsules. It is used a lot in Europe and more and more in the States. I have used it and it seems to help. If it is just psychological help that is ok to me, they do not cost much. Good Luck.
Enema is a good option for most prostrate problems.
I presume we are reffering to BPH (Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy) non cancerous enlargement?
Taking Saw Palmeto tablets will help to relieve the symptoms, but as testosterone levels increase the problem will become more significant.
Urination will be frequent with not a very good flow. Urgency will become more and more of a problem, eventually ending in not making it to the loo in time.
Nocturia, peeing frequently at night, every 2hrs or so, may be more.
The operation itself will take around 40mins tops and will relieve the symptoms and everything will be back to normal in about a month or so.
