My spouse had the prostate removed what can I do to help him??
Answers: I had my removed in 1993 because of cancer. At first, I enjoyed the fact that I could have an orgasm without ejaculating, but after awhile I realized that the whole act of love making just wasn't the same. I still could perform but without being able to ejaculate I felt completely unsatisfied. It was like I reached that final platform of sexual excitement but because I was unable to really c-u-m, the whole thing was for nothing. Hard to explain to a woman but ejaculating kind of releases built up emotions in a man and not experiencing that release just tends to build up emotion stress. It probably will be ok at first, but not being able to ejaculate will probably make him feel like what is the sense of doing sex. Just tell him how wonderful he was and you were fully satisfied with him even if it is a lie. It truly is a big deal to a guy to lose his prostate even if he says it was nothing. I know, I lost mine and I have not felt the same since.
