Is it bad to flush a condom down the toilet??

Question: I remember hearing that it was bad but don't remember why.
Answers: No, I think that's the best place for it. Think of the possibility of a dog or cat hunting for food in your trash, they could choke!
I think so, not sure though.
DON'T DO IT. IT REALLY UPSETS THE ALLIGATORS IN THE SEWER.
Because it will clog your plumming.
Why not just wrap it in kleenex? I wouldn't think it is Bi De meltable! I say yes and don't do it any more.
No it can back up the septic system which would be an embarrising nightmare and exspensive to get fixed.
It's not degradable, nor is it approved for septic systems. I doubt just one would really clog your pipes but I guess it could.
Your best bet is to wrap it in tissue and throw it in the trash.
Well, it creates quite a mess at the sewage treatment plant because workers have to get down in the basins and clean out all those rubbers from the pumps and other machinery.
you may clog your toilets
well I dont think its bad...If you are wondering about the sperms. Anyone doesnt need to flush plastic down the toilet >>Just to be hiding it or something. If you were trying to hide it >>I would wrap it up in toilet paper and put it deep into the trash can.
Bad ...?

Anyway-- if you occasionally flush a rubber down the toilet, it won't hurt anything. But if you flush them down on a nightly basis, it could (and probably will) cause plumbing problems. Throw them in the trash. If that makes you paranoid, then put them in a paper bag and throw the bag away in another dumpster.
its only bad if your going to be embarrassed when the plumber pulls the condom out of your clogged toilet or pipes!! they can be flushed but chances are sooner or later one will stick...
yes it will clog the toilet. try wrapping it in tiolet paper and throwing it in the trash.
You really should call Waste Mangagement at (713) 512-6200 or your city hall for disposal instructions.
might affect your plumbing eventually.
i don't think condoms can swim

You're supposed to put it ON before sex not flush it.
