And everytime a guy wants to hang out with me, there term of 'hanging out' is 'hooking up'. I dont get it. Every guy wants to hook up with me as their result of trying to hook up with me? Why is that? I have dark brown hair. I wear makeup. Deep blue eyes. and Big breasts, and 5'0 (yes i'm short, but i'm proud of it) is it because the size of my breasts, and they think i'm easy? or what?

Hooking up prmarily means getting physical, not getting to know you.
Tell them don't move. Then to idenify your eye color and color of your hair and makeup while their eyes are elsewhere.
Ignore those guys. Start your own conversations, or get interested in groups with activities you enjoy. But please, don't wear snug tops then complain when males can't control their eyes. You could tape a $100 bill on your forehead and it would get less attention than your chest.
Some guys will manage to seem to ignore your God given generosity , but with great difficulty.
