Achilles injury??
Question: I have an aching achilles injury and when I put pressure and push with it, it feels like it is pulled. Icing and pain relievers just aren't working. Got a diagnosis or something to ease the pain?
Answers: you need to shorten the achilles, not stretch it, and let it rest. Try a heel pad in the shoe and stay off the foot as much as possible. Rest, Ice, Ibuprofen...and time...may take a week or 2. If no better by than, see your soctor, you may have partially ruptures it or injured something else. Good Luck!
