Will I feel this pain all my life??

Question: First of all I have Kyphosis & just a bit of Scoliosis. The human back is divided in 2 parts by the spine: the right part & the left part. 2 years ago I felt a pain; the pain continues till today. It started to hurt me on the right part, then it moved on the left part, & returned on the right part. I fell the pain only when I take a deep breath of air.
For 4 months I am having problems with breathing; I am having the sensation that I can't take much air in my lungs that I usually need, but the doctor told me it is because of my absence of Ca & that's true. The thing is I can't believe that the absence of Ca can affect me for such a long period of time.
I've read about Kyphosis and it says about: the back pain with movement, but is says about difficulty breathing in sever cases. Am I having a sever problem?
For 2 years I am having this pain. I want it to stop. What can I do? I went to the doctor & I have to do exercises for my spine to stand straight.
Answers: Yep I have the same, went to Pilate's and that really helped with the problem, they showed me how to breathe correctly, how to stand correctly and so on. It was not easy, went for one hour a week for nine months, but once I got through the tough start I really reaped the benefits.
Its hard to guess if you have a severe case if we don't know anything about the location of your curve and its measurement.

I know that different people have recommended swimming, yoga, and pilates for pain relief.

See your scoliosis specialist, though, for an evaluation. You'll probably be given a prescription for PT. The therapist will give you exercises that you can do at home.
