Could I have a Meningioma??

Question: I have severe, frequent migranes, and alot of pressure in my head. I often get dizzy, and my eyesite goes black for a few seconds. i have always had pretty good eyesite, but for about the past year, i have noticed that my eyes go blurry after a few seconds of looking at something. I have been depressed, somewhat bipolar. i am tired all the time. i have no energy at all. i recently read about a meningioma, which is a brain tumor, and i have some of the same systems. Am i paranoid? or could i really have a tumor? I have kind of had a gut feeling that i have one, but could i really? I have no insurance at all, and i cant go to the doctor because i cant afford it.
Answers: FIrst step is to either find a clinic or get low cost health insurance through your local welfare office (even if you're employed).
Next step is to have an MRI to check your brain out.
Final step is to find out if there is anything to truly be worried about or not.....DON'T worry a minute sooner. The MRI will be able to rule out any kind of tumor, cancer, cyst and even underlying auto-immune or demylinating disorders...all of which can be completely stabilized with meds or other coarses of therapy.
Good luck and I hope your doctor is cute! hehehehe
