Tooth extraction is pain ful? are they give any anesthesia?i am fear to injections and pains, plz suggest me,??
Answers: For anyone who has never had a tooth pulled before, What they do is give you a local anaesthetic injection which puts the whole area to sleep, depending on where the injection, is it can leave you drooling with lips that feel like two meat pancakes.
However don't fear the pain of the needle as, prior to the injection, they numb the area with a cream anaesthetic which they rub on your gums.
Hope this helps.
Tooth extraction itself is really not painful you may feel some pressure and hear the tooth breaking. Injections feel more like a pinch for just a few seconds. My biggest concern would be that tooth getting badly infected because it can lead to heart complications make sure when you go to your dentist if you've felt any fluttering of the heart you tell him!
Tooth extraction is nothing, how about leg amputation???Kidding. Really theres nothing to worry about. Beside the pain you will feel is a little prick from needle, if it worries you then don't even look at the needle, close your eyes, open your mouth wide and relax.
Depends on the dentist. I had four teeth extracted for braces. All they did was inject novacaine into the roof of my mouth and gums and all I felt was the pressure. You may or may not feel anything, but like before that depends on your dentist's skill. You can close your eyes during the procedure to calm yourself down a bit.
I have had several teeth pulled. Most recently I had two pulled on the same side (one upper and one lower). Because my blood pressure was high when I went in, they recommended that I let them give me nitrous oxide (laughing gas) which would have the added benefit of lowering my blood pressure. Wow! What a pleasant experience! While under the influence of the gas, you can hear everything and respond to questions and requests, but you just don't really care what they are doing. After having the mask on for five minutes, they gave me the novocaine (which I didn't really feel), then he asked me to open my mouth and it really just felt like he was touching both of the teeth. Then they put a couple wads of gauze in there. I though -- No way -- they aren't done already! Never felt a THING. Having a root canal and a bridge replaced next week. Bring on the nitrous!
your english is terrible
Not really the only thing that might hurt is the needle for the anesthesia but all you have to do is take a deep breath and it will be over in a second after that all you'll feel is pressure when they're pulling on your tooth. Well good luck with that.
