Sedentary lifestyle and its consequences

Staying healthy should not be an obligation or a chore but a responsibility we have with our bodies. A healthy person will be more productive with the workplace and in their interpersonal relationships, just as healthy people are more likely to have a deeper life experience. According to the World Health Organization (WHO) health is not merely the absence of disease but the entire welfare state in the physical, mental and social. Obesity, a sedentary person does not burn enough fat you consume through your food, causing eventually increase volume and weight, dieting to reduce the amount of fat in food is a good start but should ideally be accompanied by an exercise routine for best results and above all not to gain weight once you stop the diet.

Skeletal system: the lack of physical activity causes bones to lose strength and become weak, opening the way for bone diseases such as osteoporosis which makes various activities like climbing stairs, having sex, walking, lifting or running. Cholesterol, inactivity and increased fats in the body also means that the cholesterol increase which causes arteries and veins also store fat in the bloodstream, which makes the blood flow to the heart and therefore have to work harder. Because of this cardiac problems arise and the fatigue produced by making some effort.

Often we put off excuses and start exercising. Instead of using the above simple alternatives to remain in business, many people waste time trying to figure out what the best exercise to get out of inactivity. The rating of a particular type of exercise as “the best” is justified only when the person has a specific purpose, such as toning arms, increase muscle mass or rehabilitation exercises. Otherwise, if we select a good exercise to build and maintain a healthy level of physical activity, rather than worry about knowing what is best, we must ask is: what exercise I do and I have the ability to practice with discipline?

It is much more useful and easier to find the answer to this question if we analyze our preferences, time and resources we have. If we want to be more active to complement the benefits of a balanced diet, the decision to go for a walk, go to a gym or buy a bike for the house does not depend on one of these strategies is best for losing weight but the possibility to do the exercise with discipline . In other words, we must be practical. The activity you choose must be one that we enjoy because we like it and the benefits we provide frequent practice. In addition, the disciplined practice of physical activity will enable us to be less restrictive in eating.

Running is a sport that is increasing the pace and speed of our body in space. Since ancient times it was thought that sport was harmful, but there have been several studies that show otherwise. Therefore I tell you the benefits: Jogging decreased levels of body fat, which is possible to lose weight because they spend enough calories and this forces the body to pull the lipid stored in fat cells, using them as a source of energy. So we went down in weight. When we run, our body secretes substances that are called endorphins that act on the nervous system giving a feeling of extreme relaxation and also a feeling of being free and strong. This is important because it eliminates the stress and boredom and the desire to win power.

Furthermore, when we run a healthy and regularly without a great physical waste, we allow our muscles develop better by an increase in the number of mitochondria in the cells. It also serves to prevent the loss of stiffness because exercise affects the synovial fluid bath. More benefits, for example, when we sweat eliminate many toxins that to do so could attack our body and delaying aging. Running improves the circulatory system because it allows the heart to get bigger by extension of the walls of the ventricles, allowing greater flexibility of the arteries by increasing CADIAC pulse, and increased vascularization of all areas of the body.

Sleeping Disorder And Side Effects Of Ambient

Doctors receive common patients today who have sleeping disorder. This is termed as Insomnia. To get rid of this problem, many people take ambient. Ambient have some side effects that are very serious in some cases.

At first we have to learn that what ambient actually is? Ambient is a seductive drug that is designed to solve the problem of insomnia. The drugs can be found to any store in some common names such as Sanval, Ivedal, Suedal etcetera. Zolpidem is the common synonym of the drug.

Though ambient is prescribed for short-term use for insomnia, using it for long term may cause some side effects. Some side effects are very serious and we cannot ignore it. Here some side effects of ambient are described.

* The most common side effect of ambient is impaired reactions and thinking. U.S Food and Drug Administration report that, patients may feel drowsy in the next day after taking the sleeping pills before going to sleep. This affects the elderly people most as the effect is seductive.Because of sleeping disorder more than 100 millions American have cholesterol levels of 200 can lead to many risk factors.
* Another common side effect is memory loss i.e. forgetfulness as ambient can cause amnesia. Patients may engage in various activities like eating, driving, cooking, walking, having sex or others. However, they have no memory after having asleep.
* Abnormal behavior is a common after effect of ambient. The patients may have abnormal thought. Abnormal thought includes tends of suicide, hallucination, depression, loss of personality, aging etcetera. Abnormal behavior includes risk-taking behavior, no fear of danger, aggressive behavior.
* Ambient side effects are severe for those patients who have allergic problems. Ambient may cause a life-threatening reaction to the patients. Swelling of lips, throat, hives are some of the after effect allergic reactions that you may face after taking ambient. As the reactions can be life threatening, you should consult a doctor immediately when you fact these allergic reactions.
* There are some less serious side effects of ambient. These side effects do not affect the patients so much. However, it should ignore as these less serious effects may turn into severe, acute serious problems for the patients. The common less side effects of ambient are headache, drowsiness, lack of concentration, lack of coordination, abnormal dreams, high tension, stuffy nose, pain in muscle, urinary problems etcetera. For individual type 2 diabetes symptoms ,sleeping disorder may releated to obseity.
* A common problem of the patients of insomnia is affected to ambient drugs. A long-term use of ambient causes a great affection to this drug. Then the patients of sleeping disorder cannot have a sleep without the ambient. It is very harmful and this generally takes the patients to an addicted world. Mixing other wrong impure sleeping pills with the ambient is very dangerous and it is nothing but a great drug addiction. Starting from this addiction, the patient may addicts to other drugs. Therefore, ambient should take with a proper prescription of doctor.
* There is a warning that not to take ambient below an age of 18. The side effects of ambient are very dangerous and serious for the teenager and the elderly people. Every patients of insomnia should avoid alcohol with the ambient.
