Jogging is a sport consisting of running off a certain distance at a pace moderately supported. The term jogging has been taken from the English, where it means a slow march stretched on for miles. The term refers jogger practitioners of this activity. Most athletes, including athletes of high level practice as jogging warm. It is a very popular activity, particularly in Germany and the United States. The duration of sessions depends on the jogging jogger drive. For a beginner or a person who takes over a business after a long stop, better not exceed 10-15 minutes per outing with a walk in the middle phase. Gradually, these outputs can be lengthened to 20 minutes at the end of the first month, with no stop in the middle. Allow three workouts per week.

Ronald Dean Coleman (born Monroe, Louisiana, United States, May 13 of 1964), is bodybuilder U.S. winner of eight titles of Mr. Olympia. It is known as Ronnie Coleman, considered one of the best bodybuilders of all time. Coleman graduated from Grambling State University in 1989 in accounting, the qualification obtained Cum Laude. He was champion between 1998 and 2005 Mr. Olympia event. Then chose to participate in the Mr. Olympia in 2006 to break the record of eight straight titles he shares with Lee Haney, but remained in second place, behind Jay Cutler on the issue of most controversial Mr. Olympia in history. In 2007 he announced his retirement from the Mr. Olympia competition, earning a fourth place, but continue to participate in other events of bodybuilding.
