Bodybuilding is a type of sport generally based on physical exercise intensely, usually anaerobic, consisting of most of the time in training loads, an activity that is often done in gyms, and aimed usually obtain a body with muscle hypertrophy (as defined and provided voluminous muscularly possible). Also often called fitness activity aimed at muscle hypertrophy (the difference is that bodybuilding bodybuilding poses no objective requires muscle work) and not to be confused with weightlifting or in athletics or in power lifting.

The aerobic exercises include any exercise that is practiced at moderate levels of intensity for extended periods of time, which makes maintaining a heart rate higher.
